Members which are interested in the work of the organization are called on to stand for candidacy at the annual general meeting in March/April. The elected executive committee will sit for a period of two years.
The work of the executive committee
The executive committee consists of 6-15 members, among these the chairman and the deputy chairman.
As a committee member you will take part in the plotting of the organization’s target areas, and the development of projects.
Who are eligible?
Only members of the organization Solar City Copenhagen are eligible for the executive committee.
Committee members should be able to add knowledge and profile to the committee in order to benefit the aim and work of the organization.
Running for membership of the executive committee
Members who wish to run for membership of the executive committee are requested to submit a notice to SCC’s secretariat prior to the annual general meeting, in order to figure on the voting ballot. Nomination may also take place at the general meeting itself.
How is the voting done?
The voting takes place at the organization’s annual general meeting. The vote is determined by the number of personal votes of the respective candidates.
The chairman, the deputy chairman and the committee members are elected among the members by ordinary majority of votes.
