The preliminary project has assessed the possibilities of placing a number of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the community centre at Christianshavn.
The possibility of placing the panels on top of the flat roof is limited by the fact that large areas are partly overshadowed by chimneys, a neighbouring house end, etc.
It was therefore necessary to include a simulation of the shadows in the preliminary project, in order to make a precise assessment of where to place the photovoltaic panels and to estimate the total size of the area covered by the panels.
The result was a maximum of 14 sq m photovoltaics mounted in cases with ballast.
The calculation is based on the use of polycrystalline photovoltaics in class 1 and class 2 respectively.
Materials and wages are included in the price, consultancy fees are not included.
All costs are exclusive of VAT. The estimate has been made in the fourth quarter of 2006. |
