Annual general meeting in Solar City Copenhagen

The organization’s highest authority is the annual general meeting – the ordinary general meeting is held once a year in March/April.

Call for the annual general meeting
The summoning of members is done by mail at least four weeks prior to the general meeting.
A week before the general meeting the members will recieve an agenda, adopted accounts, as well as the various proposals and topics which will be discussed at the meeting.

If you have a suggestion to the annual general meeting
The executive committee must recieve the suggestion at least 20 days prior to the general meeting.

Voting
Every member, regardless of category, has one vote at the general meeting.
Decisions will be reached by a simple majority of votes.
It is possible to vote by proxy, with a written authority to another member. No present member may carry more than one authority.
